Referring to the above matter, I would like to inform you that there would be a 1st REGIONAL COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSON FOR LEO CLUBS REGION 1 & 3... COMMITTEE MEETING FOR LEO PRESIDENTS, to be held on 25th July 2010 (Sunday).

This meeting is organized by the REGIONAL COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSON FOR LEO CLUBS Region 1 & 3.

Venue: Komtar Auditorium C

Attire : Smart Casual (with Vest)

This meeting is for Leo Key Officers & all Board of Directors If a club President cannot attend this meeting ,kindly send the VP to attend the meeting. And All Leo Advisor & Faculty Advisor also are invited.



Every club is requested to prepare a short report on your anticipated coming projects/activities for next 3 or 4 months.

*Kindly Submit REGIONAL COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSON FOR LEO CLUBS Region 1 Committee Meeting Report Form on that day.*

2010-2011 Annual General Meeting

Hello everyone, our club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on this SATURDAY (24/07/2010). A year passed so fast, now is the time for the next fiscal year Board Of Directors to handle this club. Anyway, congratulation to Leo Lester Panai Labung being elected as the 2010-2011 President.

Leo Club Of Chung Ling High School

1st Fiscal Year 2010-2011 B.O.D Meeting

Attention to every new elected Board Of Directors for fiscal year 2010-2011, we will carry out our 1st official meeting at school this coming Friday. The main purpose of carry out this meeting is to discuss about the year plan for fiscal year 2010-2011. On that day, we also have to confirm the year plan for school and for our RCC Lion Ong too.

Hopefully every new Board Of Directors can turn up to this meeting and give suggestions on the activities that can be carry out. No matter is school service project, environmental project, joint project or any community projects you are welcome to give us suggestions!

Business Meeting

BUSINESS MEETING WITH FORM 1 AND 2

FORM REPS IN AFTERNOON SESSION WANTED

Hello Form 1 and 2 Leos, we will be having a business meeting this Saturday at class 3TC4 at 10.00am on 20th September 2008. Please tell your friends who is also a Leo member about this meeting.

We will be discussing about some upcoming interesting projects, activities, have a brain storming session, get to know more about each other and also we will be choosing representatives for afternoon session. It's not only Form 2, but also Form 1 Leo will get a chance to be a form rep to.

Attire : Club T-Shirt (with vest if available)
*All members with the exception of Form 3s who are having PMR.

Come and join us and have some fun this Saturday. Any idea of any kind of service project or perhaps social project can be point out during the meeting.
